While said in jest this is an unfortunate historical fact. Historians must begin recording this fact to preserve his responsibility in the events which have placed democracy itself in jeopardy. If you are a historian—-that is the assignment….

Chief Justice Roberts has once again shown that he and his colleagues have very little interest in the foundations and continuity of the law but a keen interest in power.

History will record that Chief Justice Roberts through his UnitaryImmuneRevengeExecutive theory has for the first time in a modern democracy legalized war crimes. Any executive is immune, any perpetrator immune via executive pardon-And the sole remedy is the Chief Justice Roberts smirk.

He needed to buy time for “clean up.” That’s why he didn’t swear her in right away.

Consult with New Mexico officials to get a running start on universal child care.

Nasario Garcia just released a book called Martineztown 1945. A great read on your plane ride back to DC!

History will record Chief Justice Roberts’ dark historical legacy. For generations his legacy will be vilified. The world will look upon his work to dismantle the greatest democratic experiment with utter disdain. His name will be so despised that people who share it will seek only to conceal it.

Duped? I am of the opinion that Chief Justice Roberts isn’t being “duped” every time he adds another brick to his Unitary, Immune, Revengey, Executive theory -which incidentally seems to classify the Executive as the Chief Prosecutor.

Nah I wouldn’t recommend. Amend your query to include cattle and other livestock and you may yield a different result.

Can’t wait to read the Chief Justice Roberts soon to be released opinion which tells us that under his Unitary Revengey Executive theory it’s the “energetic” executive’s prerogative to call for executions.

Can’t wait to see Chief Justice Roberts use his Unitary Revengey Executive theory —-Trump is the executive thus his power flows through Halligan thus it falls within his perrogative to keep GJ materials so secret even the GJ can’t see them!

It is almost an impossible task for a defendant to get them released. Not sure ordinary folks get how BIG a deal this is.

The text of the email attached below the post says VIRIGNIA—not Virginia like the state. Two different words.

The economic benefits of free child care for working families is enormous. In New Mexico it’s like getting a $1,200 a month raise. If it also enables a family member to work-add approx $3,000 a month to that at least -so powerful with exponential benefits!!! Do the math! NM delivered big time!!

All it took was Trump saying he would give the ACA subsidies directly to people and cut out insurance companies—Dems were then on speed dial. Dems could have called the bluff and said ok we want direct payments but alas -nothing is better than something. Sadly, Bernie is right about this.

We are long past the point of expecting a neutral judiciary. The Court’s majority has discarded the solemnity of the institution and its processes in favor of a quick vehicle to advance a single misguided agenda. Sadly, it can no longer be viewed as the greatest legal institution in the world.

Shelf stable milk and lots of it. And it tastes really good.

Maybe he’s just laying the groundwork for a religious annulment of his marriage?

I remember having conversations with Feds who were hemming and hawing about Harris—I know it gets old saying it —-but some Feds actually voted for this. Not getting paid and wondering how you are gonna get all the bills paid is a terribly hard lesson in voting preferences.

I actually find it fascinating that Brannon can (with extreme and uncanny accuracy) predict how Chief Justice Roberts will rule on cases before he does so. Probably not a good idea to not pay attention to what he is saying.

Wait—-Aren’t the corporations who donated to the ballroom also donating hundreds of millions to churches and food banks?? Haven’t heard any flashy stories about it. Well, I guess ballrooms are more important to the Ballroom Gang than feeding poor hungry kids.

Hahaha —-who needs congress and the power of the purse—when you can get the money from the oligarchs. Congress can stay shut down and the oligarchs can all directly privately fund their own government. Might as well just do it directly and skip Congress—cut out the middleman—it’s cheaper that way.
