Tonight I got this little momma, the sister of the first cat I recused. Both these little girls were pregnant and as adorable as they come. She is at the Celia Hammond trust. The security guard caught her for me finally right before the building are demolished.

Today I rescued the sweetest cat who is under a year old living in a site to be demolished in a week. We couldn’t take her but she’s at Celia Hammond Trust in Lewisham if anyone wants a Calico with a personality that is pure love. Her name is, at present, Phoenix. I’m 💔 but our house it full up.

Resonate is one more step to being real! My installation game is still dev art but my system is really coming along. It is hilarious wearing 3 heart rate monitors at once but here we are. Development :D.

Got to a full low-fi working prototype today! 🎉 My new game uses haptics to cue the vagus nerve, plays sound, and connects 3 players via heart rate monitors to explore biosignal synchrony through sound, image, and vibration. It's cool to hear. If you're at the same rate, you trigger the same note.

Was aiming for MVP on my new art piece this week—didn't fully get there, but made solid progress: built a Swift app that connects to 3 Polar heart rate monitors, sends data to through Max, and drives my synth. Even got the ESP32 ready to talk to the app. ALMOST! Resonance is coming along!

I'm working on a game about group heart rates. I've been trying to amplify heartbeats, but all my attempts have been unstable. Today, I took a crack at a Swift app to do it with some old Polar heart rate monitors, and I'm shocked by how far I got in one day. Woo hoo!

Hey everyone! I'm asking for feedback for the book I'm writing: Machines We Imagine: Embodied Awareness in a Technologically Entangled World.
I'm also launching a companion course, but if you reply yes, you'll get free access to both the course + the book in exchange. I'll DM for your email.
