Thanks, @doctoroxford for the link. Both #PalliativeCare and #MentalHealth services should be improved, and that's a good place to start. Might help making final choices easier to understand and facilitate?

Thanks for the pointer to @capacitylaw.bsky.social Sarah, there needs to be a wider conversation including all the disciplines involved, whatever their individual role in AD may or may not be.
