Wonderful to plan another Philosofun on the important theme of CLIMATE. A great group of participants mostly from England and also Northern Ireland, Quebec and Saudi Arabia. Teachers, university lecturers and organisations joined us for an hour and a bit of powerful and fun thinking together.

I’ve not always been an RE teacher. A blast from the past in the local paper today of me 25 years ago. Made me feel a tad old. One of my favourite jobs setting up a new education facility for environmental education and planning site visits. #TeamRE

Asked a question about teacher recruitment at local election hustings in June. Great my elected MP Markus Campbell Savours engaged in parliamentary debate about this earlier in the month. Hopefully he will visit RE Stand 12 at the Labour conference. #TeamRE

I've been writing up some #P4C activities for SAPERE's Thinking Together in Science and RE. Henrietta Lacks' story is powerful - whose cells led to numerous scientific breakthroughs - with concepts from injustice, ownership, immortal, reparation, medical samples, forgiveness and reconciliation.
