Not really my area, but I'd guess it works but probably with higher error rates vs latin script ocr? Bunch of leaderboards out there for Arabic LLMs, like huggingface.co/spaces/ahmed...

I tried it recently after not using it since it was relatively new, and was *shocked* how bad the core language lessons are. It's a clear vulnerability.

Believe they need some script-y pods features that make it hard to switch to SPM? But seems like a rough transition is coming before too long.
