32.13 today - quickest tube since August.

32.34 today. Feeling stiff because I'd only run once during the week.

32.24 today - not bad considering my lack of running over the past month and a half (17 runs in that time!).

At the interval - it's been fabulous so far! If I can sing like Bob Catley when I'm 78 I'll be happy!

Having some really good local beers - will tell you about them when we catch up. I agree that Mild is simply superb!
