Yeah - there was a big court case about it all when an Aussie was selling them on internet to people outside country - the Aussie lost - cam only use the name in Australia and New Zealand when selling as trademarked everywhere else

Real Uggs are from Australia - in fact - the Trademark of the name doesn’t apply in Australia (or New Zealand) as it is considered a generic name.
