Totally agree! We did a quick analysis and some scenario models a few weeks ago and came to a similar conclusion -- fast and early but not unprecedented. An early start may also lead to earlier susceptible depletion.

Indeed.... fortunately we have a large practice with a mini call centre available all day.
On the downside they keep texting my 92 year old husband asking him to take his own BP and enquiring about his weight. Obviously a DIY QOF. Despite GP knowing he is housebound.
