It is always the worry. I'd have kept Bielsa but I do think the timing of that was bad. At this level any appointment is a massive gamble. There is a lot to fear if you stuck or twist. As a fan you just have to cross your fingers and hope the powers that be get it right.

But there are others. We are not doomed yet and I'd hope an attractive prospect. There are a lot of possibilities that could be better. It's a risk I'd be willing to take. I liked what Carrick did at Boro and wouldn't be against Rogers.

The board failed in a 10 and that's huge. Some players need to do more but we're inconsistent attacking and think that's the change that needs to happen. That's on Farke. He has been great and I'd love for him to have had a more players but it's the nature of the manager's job to be expendable.

I know it can't just be on Farke. I'm just finding it hard to find someone who is a bigger problem. I know we are 1 point per game but we needed to bank points where we have opportunities, even if just draws. If we are 1 point per game after Christmas with him then I will hold my hand up.

Have not looked at who we are linked with so can't comment on that. Bookies just want to make a few quid before any concrete babes though I'd guess. Easy to link use with the usual.

Sometimes just different is better I feel. Think Wolves left it too late and are struggling as they are in a bad place. West Ham and Forest are doing better for doing it before players lost belief. None of their fans were enabled with the appointment's.

The league is hard but I believe we can be better and it is the slow and steady approach to the game that is Farke's tactics that are hurting us the most. I expect games to be hard but I also think we should be making games hard too. I don't think we've done that enough because of Farke.

We do need a 10, and have for a long time, but the man under pressure told us it's not his fault we are under pressure. I would also say the places we have not been left short in and do have decent players for are not being utilised well.

This is the thing. I think keeping is more of a risk than going for someone new. I don't know who it would be but if we don't listing could become habitual. It's a hard call but seems to be working for two of the three who have changed. The other was too far gone. Don't want to make that mistake.

Think at this point, it's pushing towards mostly him. The play is slow and boring. The whole team is playing a game that is not threatening anything. We can't blame 11 others and support just one person when that one person dictates the way we play.
