StubHub/Viagogo need to be shut down. Why are they allowed to commit fraud with no accountability

We have twice travelled to other cities to have our tickets canceled day of show. Given much worse seats with no money back. Just had our Lady Gaga Paris tickets cancelled after we paid for our travel. Now same tickets twice as much.

People are catching on that StubHub (viagogo) is a scam. The UK has already fined them $15 million and is going after them again for fraud. They are selling tickets that don’t exist
