Whenever it was that Tribe said this, it's long overdue for folks in power to confront this regime in a meaningful way. I'm talking Generals, I'm talking ex-Presidents, and of course (much less hopefully) I'm talking Congressional Republicans. Otherwise, it’s give up (never) or a bloody REVOLUTION.
