Ok so I just REITERATED again to my line manager that I’m overwhelmed & drowning. His initial response was to include the manual, SOP & work instruction and tell me that I’m being too hard on myself, he’s offered help but I don’t ask him questions. He asked me to ping him when I have time to chat

Hearing the notifications was causing me to scream in anguish and despair and that’s not productive for my mental health.
