The bird is outside, the bin is outside, there is a child focusing on the lesson and there is a child focusing on the bird in the bin. But it is now a badly executed collage of previous pictures. Note, all the children are white, able bodied, and have a sense of fachion that was best left in 2003.

After a number of nightmares involving Clippy telling me I seem to be working in the AWS Billing Portal we get to a point where I have a class of children: can the children all look at the teacher except for the child who is looking at the bird and the trash can outside
ChatGPT says "Here's the updated image where all the children in the classroom are focused on the teacher, except for one child who is looking out the window at the bird and trash can outside. Let me know if you'd like any additional tweaks!" Except the bird is outside but there is also a small bird inside. The bin is inside. No children are looking out of the window but the bloody teacher is!

Both the bird and the bin should be outside of the building with the young person looking at them from inside the building
Now the boy is looking outside the window and the bloody bird and bin are back in the room!
