It's so good and I only use about an eighth of a teaspoon of the peppermint because it's strong. I was using liquid, but I dropped the bottle and then my kitchen floor smelled like peppermint for a month.

My mocha is Cafe Bustelo instant coffee and DiVinci sugar-free chocolate sauce. It's the only instant I have found that doesn't make me hate coffee. If I'm feeling fancy, I add a bit of peppermint powder as well. I don't use the syrups because they either taste too artificial or have tons of sugar.
