At @absoluteclimate.bsky.social, we apply universal assessment criteria to all projects — meaning we hold an mCDR approach to the same standard as BiCRS or DAC. We can remove uncertainty about whether a mCDR project has been scoped properly, or if the monitoring requirements will hold up over time.

Building the standards and certification processes needed for gigaton-scale CDR is complex, and there won’t be a single “right” answer. But having multiple approaches in the market increases the chances that we’ll land on solutions that actually help CDR scale.
