Ha! Not your sort of era, but can highly recommend Het Schip museum for an insight into the fascinating world of the early 20thC Amsterdam School of architecture and its part in the social housing building boom in the city.

Unlikely I think, as sundogs form by refraction through ice crystals in high cirrus clouds. For it to work here it would have to be just above the far horizon. This appears to be a low-level feature with other low cloud behind it.

That's a tiny bit of rainbow, where a sliver of low sun has picked up the lower part of a passing shower. Lovely.
