Transparency is key: "hey, while you're waiting on a human, want to help prepare your conversation with jotting down what the issue is" => "oh, have you read this post (could be dynamically generated based on RAG)? It might help while you're waiting."
...but having a human-in-the-loop is key ATM.

We had that for a bit during a storm. Oddest thing only getting one of the legs in. I may or may not have moved a few breakers around to get the coffee maker on. ☕️

I know I’m supposed to like it but when I had it go slightly awry in production during a migration I couldn’t manage it like I’m used to in Tableplus I haven’t touched it since… I need to try it again but not being able to use my favorite tooling I’m accustomed to has made it hard to want to.
