I've cut back on using Chit Chats the past few months after they lost a large international package and had really horrible customer service (only available via e-mail, which they use AI to reply to). But yeah, it's definitely available and an option.

I also have the unique situation that I screen print a lot of shirts, the garments are U.S. made. I don't want U.S. customers to get dinged for that when there's no real reason to. 😮‍💨

It sounds like art/prints should be duty free, but as of now I don't know how that will work with Canada Post. I'm wondering if I'll need some kind of certificate of origin, or if putting the right HST code will suffice. Do you happen to have any info on this? I'll share if I learn more too...

Thanks for posting this - Canadian printmaker here, who mostly ships to the U.S. and having trouble navigating this. I spoke with Canada Post today, their info says all shipments going to the US will be required to be sent DDP with duties paid through a third party service (that isn't available yet)
