My shoulders have what look like huge bruises on them. They don't hurt or anything. I had my partner inspect them for me--they're from the hack squat machine. Apparently, it didn't like me.

This year, I helped out with the community garden. It has been a lot of fun. We take care of the garden and we can take whatever crops we want but then you put the excess outside on these shelves and anyone can come take them.

Well, the house has plumbing and the electricians started. Restoration guy says it should be complete by the end of December. I picked out exterior doors last week. I can honestly say I never thought about how many decisions go into building a house. I don't want to be ungrateful but I am tired.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

Weird things I do as a massage therapist : Chanting "no knees, no knees" in my head because this patient has ticklish knees and wants me to skip over them, but I won't get to the legs for 20 more mins and I dont want to forget.

One of the small joys I get as a massage therapist is when my patients say things like, you always find the spots even when I didn't know they were there. Because, yes, that's part of my job but also I get to bring their awareness back to their physical selves in a way that doesn't involve pain.

My house burned down. My human family is safe but we lost 2 kitties and the third is missing. Say Goodbye to Kipo and Twig. They were so very loved.
