Heartbreaking in so many ways. Every line reads like poetry though. This book helped me work through my SA trauma in the most profound way. It also gave excellent nuance to Demeter as a person/character. 10/10

It’s hard to describe, but I don’t feel like the story is mine. It’s theirs, I’m just documenting it. That’s what helps me not get too in my head about it. There’s a small level of separation if that makes sense. The world belongs to them, I’m just witnessing it.
