Testing the new USO LoRA for FLUX.1 for style transfer. Unless I am doing something very wrong, I don't think USO can compete with @bfl_ml FLUX Redux. To me, the 4th image, made with Open Creative Studio 13.0, is more about the source style than the 3rd.

This is what I mean when I say that the incentives of people working in large tech vendors are not aligned with what's best for the customers. 1000s of employees & loads of BUs, and NOBODY flagged this as poor design. "OpenAI does it, so not going to take the risk to flag it."

Normalized Attention Guidance (NAG) is a valuable technique for reintroducing fine control via negative prompts, but it's very easy to break the character consistency that FLUX.1 Kontext can enable. This is not the same person as in the 2nd picture in my original post.

AP Workflow 13.0 EA7 for @ComfyUI will support Black Forest Labs new FLUX.1 Kontext Dev model. It can unlock character consistency, but it's quite hard to set up well. Clockwise:

However, when it comes to shot sizes, Flux might struggle a bit with the notion of "Cowboy Shot". Better to use "Cowboy Shot Size".
