Just to answer seriously in case people don’t know:
People are given REPEATED cognitive assessments when they are diagnosed with—or being evaluated for—progressive neurological conditions like dementias or the cognitive impact of other illnesses.
The repetition is meant to create a baseline and then assess ongoing performance against that baseline.

I love a very popular history podcast but the first maybe 5-10 episodes were utter crap, full of bad chat and so hard to listen to!
