Probably not our preferred use of the funds, but have you considered advocating for a participatory budget process so that the community can have more say over where public funds are spent- such as medieval walls

A great article on the benefits of Participatory Budgeting! Chicago has PB on a ward-by-ward basis, and we think Ald. Waguespack should join the 14 wards that have it.
