#110: Clock Tower 3: i ended up playing through the whole game in one sitting it was soooo good. so glad i decided to play through this one myself, just incredible direction.
also makes me think about how this and silent hill 3 are just 5 months apart in their US release, we had it so good

#109: Escaflowne: pretty cool! does a lot of interesting stuff with the framework of the show. some it may be underbaked but i had a pretty good time. its negative reputation had me going in expecting something like the godawful Eureka Seven movie and it definitely wasn't that, much more interesting

very messy show but in a way i think i mostly really liked? just indulging in it being unhinged. strikingly directed too. mortis forever.

#107: Milano's Odd Job Collection: very cute! the minigames are extremely hit or miss so it can feel p. tedious at times but i love the care put into the animations and it's really short so i didn't mind. just a pleasant couple hours

the sprite animations in Milano's Odd Job collection are really nice, the methodical pace of the household chore animations is really thoughtful for how it decompresses each day. it's so cute to just have this full sequence for doing laundry complete with hanging up your clothes to dry in the sun

#106: Faxanadu: I've only played like 10% of it in the past so it was very nice to come back around and finish it! breezy game that gives you all the essentials of the rpg progression loop. also i like how the level system works with giving you a starting cash floor on death, very forgiving!

#105: The Vision of Escaflowne: sooooo good. gorgeous show, fantastic music, strong romance drama, and it's got Dilandau. even if the ending didn't quite land for me how they get there, just a fantastic series

#104: Gundam Build Fighters: really stumbles in its last third or so but on the whole i just had fun with this one! very standard kids sports show with not much to say about it other than i like the crew and sometimes it's fun to point at the screen and go "holy shit that's duker iq"

some very sketch clears in some elements (lol fire), but very excited to have got all 6 of these done and now to spend forever in the mines uncapping these weapons
