From one of today's readings. I don't believe it's only about taking care of ourselves, it is about caring for others as well. That includes the disabled, the immigrants, and those needing medical help. In other words, everyone. Every human being has God dwelling inside. Take care of them.

The Art Society of Monmouth County planned a plein air event today at Cheesequake Park. I dabbed, dabbed, and dabbed. I still have to add the marsh grass. One woman told me to be sure to sign my name and date it. It’s not a great painting, but it was fun doing it.

Finished another shawl in the moss stitch. Our prayer shawl ministry received a TON of orange yarn but I don’t want to make anything that looks too Halloween-ish. So, I made this. But I still have an overabundance of orange. 🤣
