This Sora was most like on its migration south to Central and South America. They migrate to Chicago in summer to breed, and we need protect wetlands to aid in their survival. As always, keep calling CBCM if you find a dead or injured bird. 773 988 1867 www.audubon.org/news/better-...

Yes! And they are big enough to notice and to accidentally disturb. They were eating well in the garden beds. So fascinating to watch them spin their webs with the distinctive zigzag.
