Jack Chance spoke at the Kokomo City Council Meeting opposing the new trash tax. He spoke no lies. He was cut short by Council President Ray Collins who thinks he is the King of the city. His "This is MY meeting" was met by hearty boos and shouts of this is the people's meeting!! #Kokomo #NoKings
