And really we probably don’t even ever know their phone numbers to forget them! I never even knew my daughter‘s or her husband‘s phone numbers. Or my sons. And I’m 61! We just get them somehow add them to contacts and that’s it.

So "when the tariffs kick in" we'll have a lot of money so we can pay ourselves back for giving farmers money? Or we have a lot of money now so just give it to the farmers? Or the tariffs did kicked in and kicked the farmers' butt so we have to bail them out? I'm confused.
