While I cannot delete anything, I try to periodially sweep for these Telegram channels and flag the accounts as 'disinfo' and 'network'.
That's about all I can do wihtout a self-hosted PDS, which gives takedown capability but also brings various legal headaches and work.

These need to be 'sticky' in order to have value, meaning once we find and label them, the harm is mitigated for all time.

By the way - the most useful thing we do for these is to label the telegram channels at the post level, which is already happening.
That's much more leveraged than dealing with individual accounts because high-reach Telegram channels are hard to astroturf, while new accounts can be spun up any time.

It's already suspended. Platform is doing a good job of deleting many such accounts right now.
