Finished 1984 yesterday morning. Today picking up this more modern and recently revised book by @qntm.org, 'There Is No Antimemetics Division'.
Enjoyed only his short stories so far. Only two chapters in so far but it is mind tingling and fresh.

For now settling on this card style. Show varies degrees of missing data to be filled out in print.

Been searching for ever for a open source family tree visualisation which does not suck. They are all so ugly. Using gramps web now but the trees generated are so limiting and ugly. Now vibing something with works for me with react-flow so I have full control. Not final yet, just exploring.

I find this style of print out calendars to layout personal key events for the next year far superior to any digital solution.

Always struggled setting up this project from scratch. Took 11 years to get something which feels right. Now using `uv` for dependency management.

Cherry on top, it is now finally distributed via homebrew:

```
brew tap peetzweg/tap
brew install papr
Getting into creative coding again. Learning some new tricks step by step.
One goal is to get a nice print out of it for our dining table.
What if the actual paperclip maximizers we should fear are we humans. Some are more successful, outcompeting the rest. Making the present and future rest obsolete.
Make sure to get your Vitamin D these days! poolsuite.net never disappoints to liften the mood. Vitamine D for your ears and eyes. ☀️
Probably way to late to the party but never try never know, right?
With all the health and lifestyle advice on here, like creatine dosages, sleeping tips, using shampoo or not, how to breath.
All gets lost eventually. To me it feels there should be a open source guide for operating the human being.
Had to try this effect for myself. Probably very limited use but fan of the vibe.
Usually I'd be using ink but wanted to know what the fuss is about, opentui by @kmdrfx.bsky.social .
Still missing a proper documentation but the examples get you there. Straight forward to use with react.
Created my personal @obsidian.md plugin as we are now living in a time were it is faster and easier to just vibe code your use case into a plugin than fiddling around configuring and orchestrating someone else's.
Observing particles in my bedroom for a month now.
Confused rn why my particles across all sizes noticeably rise and fall during the night.
Have a hunch it is the flats heating. Any guesses?
As a proof of concept I made my breathing app work offline. You only need to visit it once online, it will then cache itself for the next visit, even if offline.
Very straight forward to do for client side apps.
Do you know what Link rot is? Look it up!
Everyone experienced this. Storage is cheap. From today I will start doing full page preservation.
How I feel myself lately posting so much breathing content. 👃
Made a lucky pick for my first mouth tape in Vietnam. An unbranded blue roll of tape.
Since it is empty, I was on a quest to find a replacement. I didn't want to buy overpriced mouth plasters. A few mispurchases later, I can recommend the Leukosilk tapes!
First time trying to properly record a honest voice over. Still trying to find my voice.
Weirdly we live in a time were it is easier to just clone my voice and write the voice over instead.
In my tapering weeks for the marathon I started experimenting with rope skipping. Its very rewarding as each session I feel meaningful improvements. Although, my style is still pretty robotic, I get addicting glimpses of flow.
Who is choosing colours like this? If it is not the most attractive looking device, it is best to just commit fully to the absurdity, right?
If you can’t hide it, feature it.
I disagree that smart glasses and VR/AR headsets will merge. I see it similar to smartphones/tablets vs. desktops/laptops: totally different use cases. No one is writing new apps on smart glasses, as no one should drive a car wearing a headset.
Did my first run since the marathon. Slowly easing into it and the dark season again. No indoor bike trainer for me this year. Pondering what events to sign up to for next year. Any ideas?
