It’s hard to find the words to express my sadness and horror at Netanyahu’s government. It’s incredibly difficult not to be consumed by an anger at Israel itself. Whilst the US allows this then unfortunately we are all just horrified onlookers.

I’m a retired GP with significant experience in end of life care. My main concern is the quality of checks and balances that are required to be in place, resourced and maintained and audited by appropriately resourced and trained independent bodies. I, unfortunately, have reservations of that.
