Not much comes close to the Sharon Van Etten album this year. Great new releases from British Birds and Moreish Idols though.

I never saw them live, which is a regret. When playing live on TV they looked fantastic. Utter professionals.

I just tried to get Kraftwerk tickets for Bristol next June. They ranged from £99 to £203, so I backed out. In the next month I'll be seeing British Birds, Ghostwoman and Moreish Idols and paid £18 for the lot. It kind of supports your point really.
