Thankfully my job has been better in recent times and I don't go faster than what I can cope with, but the walking around constantly for 4 hours, the heavy lifting and the lack of proper sleep on work days probably isn't helping things.

I've looked into SAD lamps before, but I've never committed to actually buying one yet. I may have to re-look into that and see which ones are recommended.

I was actually very surprised my Vitamin D levels were normal though, considering how the aches and fatigue hit me so much more harder during the winter months.

I've been advised to take a B12 supplement and get re-tested in 3 months, so I guess I'll see if that helps how I've been feeling.

The remaining test I'm waiting for is for hormone levels, as I questioned whether my issues could be perimenopause symptoms. Though this test is often unreliable.

I think using this I was averaging 50-60 wins and it still took me about three days of doing the Z-A Royale in this specific spot to get to the 1000 wins.

I used this method to quickly chain battles in the Z-A Royale, but even with this it was still a huge grind to get up to the 1000 battles for the shiny charm.

It's an exploit that allows you to increase the spawns in Wild Zone 20. There are numerous videos covering it on Youtube, so I'll link one for you (which also covers other areas as well.)

It can be tricky and a bit time consuming to set up, but it's worth it for more consistent starter spawns.
