Everyone loves a redemption story -- MGT leaving MAGA would be a great one. I don't think it's all that improbable -- as crazy as she is, I think she believes what she says and wants to believe what she says. If she ever realizes MAGA is evil, I think she'd leave.

So essentially he had no motive. He had no strong political views and no deepseated antipathy for Kirk. Just, a few days before his appearance in Utah, Robinson decided to climb on a roof and shoot him.

Hyundai is not likely to cancel $7.6 bn project based on this event alone. But, they will have a very hard time finding workers willing to go there. This will effect the economics of the project and may, eventually lead to its cancellation.

this is fundamentalism. its what made organizations like al queda so dangerous. Their conceptions of moral absolutes overrides things like 1000s of people dying.

I love Aaron Judge, but I'm not sure he's the kind of guy who makes the rest of the team play better. Jeets did that, and Mattingly too, imo. But 99? I'm not so sure.

It's nice to think Americans wouldn't have voted for a pedophile, but we voted for a conficted felon who incited an insurrection, so I think we need to come to terms with the fact that there are a lot of truly horrible people in this country.

It seems pretty clear to me that Cook has been serving and can continue to serve while they litigate this issue of her designation of primary residence on a mortgage application.
