They "expand the definition of homelessness" to include people who are housed but don't have high quality housing. While ideally everyone should have high quality housing, it's ridiculous to equate that to someone literally living on the streets.

If an AI gave that answer, it would demonstrate it has an understanding of the properties of glue (that it sticks things together) but not that it has social awareness to understand that's not what is meant. But even so, no AI would give such a silly response as using literal crafting glue.
