People love to comment on my depression weight loss. “wow where did you go? You’ve lost so much weight”. Even my boss in Wisconsin was like yep I knew something was wrong cause you’ve disappeared. Apparently I’ve lost 25lbs since my last weigh in 😳

RIP Jimmy Cliff. Played his songs on every episode of my reggae radio show in college and got to see him play at Lockn Fest 2015, his own set and sitting in with Widespread Panic on 6 songs with Chuck Leavell ❤️

I’ve been waiting for my chance to see a Tractorbeam show for a long time and gotten so much more into the Biscuits the last few years, but after all this drama and fans + friends bailing I am tempering expectations. Bringing a noob and a regular!

1 year since @momadancer.bsky.social and I took the kids to Texas for a day at NASA, Barton Springs, Museum of Weird, Gizzard in Austin, Artechouse Houston, raging Gizz pit in Houston with Jake crowdsurfing, and of course a stop at Buccee’s. One of my favorite tour weekends ever 😊 Miss these kids

I get anxious (always) when I miss a week or two of hot yoga classes. Will I remember how to do the poses? Will I even be able to DO them since so rusty? Well, tonight was my best feeing class yet and my instructor said so on our walk to the subway 💪 really feeling that post class glow 🤗

I think if going to a doubleheader of shows and dancing all night and then going to work on little to no sleep was an Olympic sport I would medal every time 💪

Ended up being one of the funniest barbershop experiences. Apparently these guys grew up thinking the lyrics to Smooth Criminal were “Ayuwoki” instead of “Annie are you ok?” as you can see is some monstrous Michael Jackson that their mothers would threaten them would come if they didn’t listen 😂

2nd time I’ve walked into my local barbershop and he’s changed the music from some fun latin flavor to western dance / pop. Lol. Today so far: Bronski Beat’s Smalltown Boy > Billie Jean > Thriller 😂
