Congressional Republicans can show they mean business by working with Dems to pass a comprehensive military and humanitarian funding package for Ukraine and devastating sanctions against Russia. But they are not serious bout doing anything.

So, in other words, no subsequent adminsitration should even attempt to challenge whether Trump's criminal conduct was within his constitutional authority and criminally prosecute him because Supreme Court precedent is never overturned. Brilliant legal minds on the left can surely find a path.
