* What occurred this time last year,
* Labor had the advantage of saying to Greens, “Stuff you, we’ll go to the LNP.” That outcome would have been disastrous.
Loopholes in it but it’s a win for environment.

Well Barry, given the debacle that was Sydney City Light rail in George St, I call and raise you $1.6 bill by private contractors. They doubled the bill.
The best part was the combination of govt & private underestimate of utilities under the road. What a cluster….
