Software architect by day, but love retro games (PC Engine and Neo Geo particularly), fan of 80s/ 90s anime, all sorts of music and movies.
Not sure why I have a picture of a mail order game store in my photos, but they had copies of ‘Hellfire’

I’ll definitely give this a watch later on, I remember seeing Helen at events like ContAnimeTed many years ago, definitely inspired me to get more into anime back then

If we are dreaming then hopefully it can run on multiple monitors and include Attack of the Zolgear as well

You’ve been kidnapped. The characters from the last TV show you watched are trying to rescue you. Who’s coming to save you?

Honestly, this isn’t too bad, more likely to save me than ‘Chernobyl’ which was the previous show I watched!

I really do think the Stocks need to make a comeback. Could also be used for other general anti social behaviour, teens upsetting shop keepers, people parking in disabled spaces without a badge, people who dump their trolley car parks, fly tippers, etc.

Let the community have their own back.

It was ‘interesting’, I can say that much!

I’ve been to a few work meetings in York recently, but haven’t managed to get to the shop yet, maybe next time!

Congratulations Kat, sounds like a great move. Hope you are enjoying the UK even if we’ve had torrential rain the last couple of days!

I can’t remember hearing of this one before, which is what I love about the arcade archives series and your posts. Looks kind of interesting and fun

I picked it up this week and it’s a cool set. I’d love them to do a SNES, or more specifically Super Famicom, but can’t see that happening due to the Japan, US, EU differences.

You just reminded me that I bought this on Switch and never played it, so I better rectify that!

That’s weird as they used to have an app for this years ago, which was actually quite good. It used to be included in the sub though, so no doubt they’ve rebranded so they can charge more for it

I wish that the R-Type games and all the Irem M72/84/92 games were on Arcade Archives although I do have them on Analogue Pocket these days. They made a start with Ninja Spirit, Image Fight and X-Multiply but never got back to them
