KU fell off a cliff for me as well - and the ads went ROI negative. Not sure why but it feels like something changed

Yeah - Kobo, Apple, D2D, overdrive, everything. Never tried this before so who knows? But I don't think KU is great for YA fantasy - at least not indie. At least that's been my experience.
