Only if I know very litte of the context of the paper’s subfield, and even then I subtract an “exaggeration-constant” from the significance (as I’m assuming that the paper’s authors wrote said statement) 🧐

TBH I feel bad for people who tell me they hate(d) maths/physics in school. Very few kids intrinsically hate these, it’s more like the real magic when well explained. So what they had was a parent/ incapable teacher/? spoiling the magic for them 😓
