Wildlife Photographer from western PA, originally from SE Michigan. Came into photography after retirement and I got my first Nikon, a D-40 in 2008.

WTF is he talking about? He obviously doesn't know because he had an awful hard time spitting it out. That worm must have been busy eating again...

Yes they do. There's a whole tiktok thing with Seven the Orange Cat who gets pup cups all the time.

Thank you! We see them nearly every day. There are so many here in western PA since our Game Commission with others did a reintroduction program in 1983. Our eagles came from Saskatchewan, Canada (another reason to love our northern neighbors).

Yep, one of their favorite foods.

I no longer trust anything the current govt posts. We'll hang in there until you and sanity is back in our country.

Do you also know that if you play the birds songs that you hear back in the spring, they might come in to check you out? Lots of fun for taking photos. 😊

I just discovered my beloved Eastern Bluebirds are in the Thrush family as well (I looked it up to see what qualified as thrushes).

Dammit, after 62 years of Type 1 diabetes, I now wish I had just taken cooking lessons at age 11 as Head of FDA, Markay, says. Besides, Oz makes me fight for everything with Medicare to keep me healthy. Incompetence all around.

Awww, I agree any release is a cause for celebration. It's so amazing! I love our rehabbers and all they do. We are trained first responder rescue and transport.

Thanks LaffingKat! The eagle had just been released after months long treatment for injuries. From what I understand, she had banged her 'wrist' up in the flight building during her rehab, but the wildlife center decided it was not serious and that it would heal easily once she was free.
