Also on Morgan Ford, the old car sales lot across from Tower Grove Park has been cleared for some townhomes. And a developer may be appealing denial of demo of some oldies for a new apartment building. (One on right has been recently condemned.)

I guess one silver lining is that they’ll have to pay earnings tax and the new bnb tax on the money they make from the stay… 🤔
