At Oberlin they had A+ grades. Both A and A+ were 4.00 towards a student's GPA so the A+ was just a (unnecessary imo) extra little gold star. Might be a similar idea here...

In gen chem lab, the plurality if not the outright majority of questions I get are consistently about how to (1) get a file from one lab partner to the other, and (2) have both students upload said file to the LMS.
