Janam Prabhat Acharya: GWAS for stem rust resistance in oats, with aim of supporting marker assisted selection. 17 QTLs detected, 10 expressed in adults, 5 in seedlings, 2 in both. Strongest signal was 4 peak cluster on Chr1A. #canvas25

Asami Tomita is talking about rice root aerenchyma, key to iron tolerance. Aerenchyma resistance is a measure of aerenchyma formation, and this study aims to determine genetic variation between varieties in Bangladesh. Ecology is more important than genetics for the variation. #canvas25
