Likewise. Although having been to th US several times, and more areas I'd have liked to visit, there is a wider world out there. Despite being lucky enough to have travelled extensively, there are still places, people and cultures to be explored without touching US soil. Bye, bye US of A.

Am fine, thank you Rich. Been with my daughter clearing excess goods that are no longer needed. Filled two large rubbish bind with worn or damaged items while the good stuff has gone to charity. Not been on the internet for two days. Hope you and yours are all well.

Many kids are well ahead of their parents when it comes to computer skills. My daughter aged 14 was quick to block me from her account, but unblocked me 2 months later. However, she was only online when my husband or I were in the room. At that stage, she had no mobile phone.

Badenoch has a good voice, IMO. It's obvious that she likes the sound of it. However, when will she learn not to air it sooo long at PMQs? There's precious little substance to her words though she has had time to learn. Boring, and best muted.

Why would/should it be in the gift of a president to pardon anyone, except in cases that have gone through courts of law and have won any appeals? The American system seems wide open to abuse by any rogue leader.

Consequences for someone wrongly accused of a petty workplace crime - eg stealing merchandise or from colleagues - can be devastating and long-lasting. Loss of job, difficulty in getting another etc. Middle-class agistrates tend to side with the accuser; juries' often wider experience is invaluable.

I do understand that and wouldn't want the HK style in this country. However, victims and their families here are getting little comfort from finding out the individuals who made the decisions that ultimately cost lives.

Chris Mason would be better if he just gave us the facts as he knows them and leaves us to make our own judgements after weighing the facts as presented by other commentators.
