Ok, yes, it was the 1974 divorce referendum and Gigliola was singing "Sì" ("Yes"). You have to keep in mind though that it was an abrogative referendum, and "Yes" meant "We want to outlaw divorce" and "No" meant "We still would like to divorce, thank you" ("no" won)
