Vax has spent the first few nights home making a habit of purring as loud as possible and cuddling all over us before flopping into a puddle between us at bedtime.

Trying not to borrow from tomorrow's grief while accepting that we have an unknown but lesser amount of time with our sweet boy.
He's been purring, demanding pets, and even playing today. I'm just going to enjoy every moment we get while we can.

Trying to get back on track with my bujo planner. It's hard for my ADHD to keep up with planners, but this lets me miss months without feeling like I wasted a dated planner and also helps me keep track of... well, plans.

New make for future classes incoming! I wanted to use some wild colors (and maybe I still will just to show ideas), but since we provide the materials for students I realized I probably won't be buying them all neon pink canvas. 😂

I got so used to having keys at my previous job that getting there early was never an issue. I also have a preference for iced coffee drinks.
These two facts are important as it turns mid-November and temps get temperamental. Going to have to take my time at the coffee shop just to stay warm.

Finally took a minute to sit down and do a little bit of stitching tonight. I've had this hoodie for probably close to a decade, and I refuse to get rid of it.
I've slowly begun the process of mending the worst spots so it hopefully lasts me another decade.

I am covered in paint, but I am employed x2! I'm a sewing teacher and partial painting teacher/helper!
It will take some time to balance everything, but I'm feeling better. Maybe now I can put some work toward my own art. 😤

I mean, it's been awhile since I've actively used traditional media, but these remain a classic for me. Sakura Pigma Micron pens, archival ink and a variety of sizes for all the detail work!
