Plums & apricots are stewing for jam, while apples & pears silently swell. I picked my salad for lunch, with the scent of basil filling the humid air. Baby birds are leaving their nests on their first flights, landing on my tomato stakes to rest beside me while I weed, I fall in love here everyday.

I’m going to spend some time in my garden, play my guitar & find any & all healthy ways to soothe my soul over the weekend, maybe even knit my swatch a little. I know I sometimes need to find exits out of the rabbit holes, so I can support others, set boundaries, be authentic & still stay human ❤️

I’m feeling relieved that our new PM is Dr.Mark Carney.I believe we dodged the biggest bullet here. Poilievre even lost his riding 🙌.But now the big man baby/bully is taking a riding he thinks is safe in Alberta to stay in the game. Joanna Johnson is taking him on & I ❤️ her. Let’s support her Canada

I’m feeling relieved that our new PM is Dr.Mark Carney.I believe we dodged the biggest bullet here. Poilievre even lost his riding 🙌.But now the big man baby/bully is taking a riding he thinks is safe in Alberta to stay in the game. Joanna Johnson is taking him on & I ❤️ her. Let’s support her Canada

The pressure is on here with 7 days to our federal election. The choice is clear if we want to avoid what has been happening with our southern neighbours. PM Mark Carney said, “you’ve got me, I’m here, but you have to vote to keep me “please vote for our beautiful country, not against it ! Carney ❤️

Well, the race to our Canadian federal election is on. Not unlike the states, it is Freedom vs fascism. We as 🇨🇦’s will continue to uphold the traditions of a democratic nation & support our allies & neighbours to be free to do the same. For the love of all people, Canada Strong ♥️ Vote Carney.

While visiting Montreal & spending time in the Metro, I find Malasana once again comes to my rescue when needing to rest & having no available seating. Over the years, yoga has helped me to live in my body with more ease, freeing me to be more versatile in various situations #aging #with #yoga 🧘♀️
