They WON EVERYTHING and they are STILL angry and joyless! We have to keep our jokes and our fun and our joy because if we stay mad 24/7 we become them. When I try to steer the conversation to life's simple pleasures, she seethes. All this shit sucks BUT we must find joy where we can when we can.
